ProsAtlas

How it works

ProsAtlas sells email lists of US professionals and businesses. Each list is one CSV file for the whole country or for one state, and each list page shows what you get before you pay.

What is in a file

Every row has a name, an email address and a state. Most lists also carry a phone number, the firm or employer, and the city, and some add what matters in that profession: the lines an insurance agent is licensed for, a financial advisor's designations, a loan officer's NMLS ID. Each list page shows every column and how many rows have it filled.

What "checked" means

Every row was checked in a known month, and each list page shows how many rows were checked in each month. The date in a page's title comes from those months: a single month when nearly all rows share it, otherwise the span from the oldest to the newest. We do not move a date unless the rows were checked again.

How a list is priced

A list is priced on its rows with a work address: an address on a firm's, employer's or school's own domain. Some lists also hold personal email addresses that may be older. Those come in the same file at no charge, and the list page says how many there are.

The masked sample

Each list page shows real rows from that list, one per firm or city, with the email and phone partly hidden. Your file has them in full.

Using a list

Lists are for business to business outreach. Send from your own domain, say who you are, include a working unsubscribe link and honor it. Anyone can ask to be removed from every ProsAtlas list on the remove me page, and we take them out of every list we sell.
